It turns out that a meeting in Coquitlam B.C. got out of hand. A condo annual general meeting was held in the hotel when the RCMP was called and things got out of control. The meeting was shut down and everyone was suppose to evacuate but two elderly people resisted. Drastic measures were taken RCMP used excessive force on the two elders. In the video below, You can see that they were arrested and not cooperating and later on dragged down the stairs. In the aftermath, both of the elderly people had to go to the hospital because of there injuries concerning the stairs. Coquitlam RCMP is actually investigating this case after social media took to the story seeing if the excessive force was necessary or out of line.
This can be seen from both sides. It was unnecessary but this could have done better. Being dragged down a flight of stairs isn’t really a pleasurable ride.
